ABOUT OUR PRODUCTION POSSIBILITIES
I’m proud to say right away that there are practically no restrictions!

Our basic specialization, sheet metal processing, provides truly limitless possibilities in terms of the production of designer coatings.
The budget of each project is made up of many factors: what metal will be used, how it is processed, how quickly the project needs to be implemented, and so on.

So, the first thing you need to decide is the raw material base.

In production, we work with ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• In the niche of non-ferrous metals, both brass and copper can be the basis of our products. But most often — it’s still aluminum. This is one of the most convenient basic materials: durable, diverse in terms of both color design (any RAL color, luminous, antibacterial paint, and so on) and textures (wood, imitation stone, leather). In addition, aluminum is the base in anodizing technology, when ions of another metal are deposited on an unpainted metal using special equipment as a result of an electrochemical reaction, both for decorative and functional purposes.

• Products based on ferrous metals from galvanized and stainless steel are no less diverse. Galvanized steel is good in several ways. It’s affordable, yet the color options are almost limitless, both in terms of color and texture.

• As for stainless steel, this is a more expensive option. It can be sanded and polished to varying degrees of specularity, molded to fit certain reliefs — designers and architects of the project can fit a wide variety of ideas into the interior!
We can form a surface imitating circles on the water diverging from a thrown pebble, ripples, unusual three-dimensional geometry…

✔ I would like to highlight that WE ARE ONE OF THE FEW MANUFACTURERS in Russia who produce products from
corten steel.
This steel is strong and weather-resistant, and due to its spectacular rusty appearance, it is quite in demand among modern architects.

In my posts, I often talk about an individual approach to each customer. And this is indeed the basis of our work. Each project is unique, each is calculated and developed based on many criteria, such as design needs and financial capabilities of the customer. It is important for me to provide a choice in both the budget and premium segment of ceiling products. And I think we are good at it!
